At the Government's disposal, this is how teleworking will work in Colombia

The Presidency of the Republic and the Ministry of Labour signed the decree that formalizes and establishes the conditions for carrying out this type of work

Through Decree 555, the Colombian Government signed on April 11 the Law on Entrepreneurship and Remote Work, which regulates teleworking in the country. The Presidency of the Republic and the Ministry of Labour (MinTrabajo), entities that endorsed the regulations, indicate that in this modality, the employer and the worker do not interact physically, since all processes, including those of an administrative nature, are carried out through the use of information technologies and telecommunications or other means.
