According to the count that Comic Con has kept on its website, there are 74 days left for performing arts fans to gather in the same space. Like every year, for seven years, a space will be set up to celebrate the world's cinema, television and literature. In recent hours it was reported that Christopher Lloyd, an actor remembered for his portrayal of Doctor Emmet Brown in the film classic 'Back to the Future', is one of the special guests for this edition. The news was reported on the organization's social networks with a particular conversation alluding to the film.

According to the details, Christopher Lloyd, the iconic “Doc”, will be at Comic Con Colombia 2022 to share a limited space for signing autographs and photographs with his followers. “You can also learn more about his life and experience in the film and television industry on the main stage of Comic Con (...) After 3 years Comic Con returns to Bogotá from June 24 to 27 in Corferias (...) Hey, Doc. We don't have enough road to go 80 miles. Highway? Where are we going, we won't need roads,” the statement reads.
The space to be close to Lloyd is in the Meet & Greet section of Comic Con and, according to what is explained, “Comic Con Colombia has different areas where attendees can feel the protagonists of their own adventure by sharing, playing, buying their favorite merchandise and acquiring expert knowledge in the pop culture and entertainment (...) It is the space where international guests will live with their fans (...) where visitors who purchase special tickets can take photos and get autographs of their favorite artists.”
The actor, who also captured his name in the casts of 'The Addams Family', 'Taxi', 'Who cheated on Roger Rabbit? ' , 'Star Trek III: The Search for Spock', 'Rick and Morty live-action video' or 'One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest', will be in the version that, according to Comc Con, “promises to be a complete experience for drama lovers, fans of comics, pop culture and the entertainment industry in one place.”
Comic Con, like other cultural events in the country, had to be canceled following the declaration of the health emergency in the country due to the arrival of the coronavirus pandemic. On this occasion, with the freedom of the reopening of this type of space, it will be held on June 24 and 27, in Corferias, in the city of Bogotá.
Comic Con Colombia, as highlighted on its website, emerges as part of an event that takes place in other cities around the world and from the first meeting held in the United States 50 years ago, to bring together fans of film, television and comics. According to the organization, “this performing arts event encompasses performances of dramatic art, music, magic and dance interventions, cosplay as an expression of a dramatic representation of the characters of all time, encounters with guest artists, as well as a food court and a shopping area where you can find collectibles, comics, anime, manga and other hobbies that make up the wonderful pop universe and the cultural and entertainment industry.”
