Unabashedly: Carmen Villalobos and Gregorio Pernía reveal interesting facts about their friendship

On multiple occasions Carmen Villalobos and Gregorio Pernía have realized the good friendship they have despite the passage of time and, beyond being friends, they share acting as a profession, which also makes them colleagues. In addition, for this time both are focused on the filming of 'Until Silver Separates', in its new version.

It is worth clarifying that, in the story, the Barranquilla is involved in the interpretation of 'Alejandra Maldonado', for her part, the actor from Cucuteño is responsible for developing the character of 'Luciano Valenzuela'. So, in view of the fact that artists are spending time together on account of their work, these days they wanted to put on the table five interesting facts about their friendship, which has been dating back more than a decade.

In this way, Carmen Villalobos wrote in her Instagram Stories: “5 things you want to know about us”. Surely a good number of messages from his followers came to him in a row, but they only classified a few questions, one of them says, for example: “Are you a couple in the new novel?”

Immediately, the actors realized that, in fact, they will play a couple in the remake of 'Until silver separates'. “Every time Carmen and I record, it will be my 'Catalina'; at this moment she is my 'Alejandra', she will always be my partner”, were the words of Gregorio Pernía on the subject.

The reference that the cucuteño made to 'Catalina' is because both he and Carmen Villalobos acted on the series 'Without breasts there is no paradiso' (2008), in this production the name of his character was 'El Titi' and that of his colleague 'Catalina Santana'.

This series was also brought up when they were questioned about how long they have been friends. On the one hand, Pernía released that 16 years old, but Villalobos said: “Like 14... from 'Without breasts there is no paradise'... from there”.

Continuing their audience's questions, another user sent them the following message: “What do you like most about working together?” ; and at this point they both emphasized the confidence they have. “That we are confident, we tell each other things...”; many of their conversations do not have to do with work, but also talk about family issues.

Needless to say, in addition to 'Until silver separates us' (new version) and 'Without breasts there is no paradise', Carmen Villalobos and Gregorio Pernía have also worked together on other telenovelas such as 'Eye for Ojo' (2009).

The production, which is currently under shooting, contains the acting and leading role of Carmen Villalobos and Sebastián Martínez, who play the role of 'Alejandra Maldonado' and 'Rafael Méndez'. At the same time, other acting figures such as Lorna Cepeda, Julio Sánchez Coccaro, Juliette Pardau, Fernando Arevalo, Michelle Roullard and Fabian Ríos also make an appearance on the soap opera.

It is worth mentioning that, as for the main characters, in the original version — which dates back several yesterdays, specifically in 2006 — it was Marcela Carvajal and Víctor Hugo Cabrera, who acted in these roles.
