The District Institute of Arts, Idartes, has already begun to announce some of the artists who will be performing at the different events that are planned in the city of Bogotá throughout the year. After several complications that mass events in the country have had due to Covid 19, little by little the door has been opened, with strict biosecurity measures, to live performances by artists on different outdoor stages and with limited capacity in closed spaces.

However, it is all due to the vaccination process that continues to take place at the district level, which already completes a large number of people who have been able to re-establish some daily tasks such as returning to their places of work and study, as well as taking public transport such as Transmilenio and SITP with a little more peace of mind.

Although certainly with contingency measures against the virus such as the use of masks and the use of antibacterial and the constant washing of hands, in addition to the disinfection of several places crowded at the public level.

Now Bogotans and visitors to the Colombian capital can enjoy a return of music and culture to the top with the artists who have been advertising themselves through IDARTES social networks for the events that are expected to be held in the city as part of the district cultural agenda.

One of the main protagonists of international calibre will be Puerto Rican salsa singer Andy Montañez, who will celebrate this coming May 7 his 80th and 60th birthday of artistic life, which he will undoubtedly seek to celebrate in Colombia.

Meanwhile, pop rock will have as one of the exponents in Miranda Park festivals from Argentina and on the Rap side one of the most important in the gaucho and Latin American scene of the moment, Trueno.
