What are the requirements to consult?
* The Federal Register of Taxpayers (RFC) which can be processed at any office of the Tax Administration Service (SAT).
* An email for personal and current use.
* The Unique Population Registration Key (CURP), which if you do not have it, can be downloaded in its most recent format through the page https://www.gob.mx/curp/.
* A phone number.
* The location of the property, if there is a sketch, must be attached in jpg or PDF format.
Step by step how to find out who owns a property
* The first thing you need to do is enter the page of the Institute of Administration of National Assets Appraisals at the link https://sistemas.indaabin.gob.mx/SSOWebN/.
* If you do not have an account, you must click on register.
* Then, capture all the data requested by the system such as type of advocate, the RFC, Curp, name, gender, position, address, telephone, email.
* Once you have registered, you will be able to log in to the electronic window option.
* Inside, look for the section called Public Registry of Federal Property and Real Estate Control.
* Then click on Issue of simple and/or certified copies and enter the information requested.
* Then choose the procedure and upload the corresponding documentation to help the search.
* Finally, send the request.
