The host of 'La Voz Kids' and 'The Senior Voice' Laura Tobón shared with her followers the birth of her son Lucca on December 29, 2021. The news of her pregnancy broke on July 8 of the same year after the model published a photograph of her first ultrasound three months after she found out through a home test.
“After thinking that this day was not going to come easy (because of my polycystic ovary syndrome) life turned us around with this special moment. A baby is on the way! To be very honest, I didn't expect to get pregnant this year but miracles happen when we need them most. After seeing how fragile life is and how my dad almost left this world, today I couldn't be more grateful to be able to give life to my son or daughter,” Tobón said.
Three months after Laura Tobón confirmed Lucca's birth, the presenter interacted with her followers through a round of 'questions and answers' in which she resolved some of her personal life concerns and one of them was the reason why they haven't yet shown the face of their firstborn son.
The model's response focused on the fact that it was a decision she made with the father of her son, Álvaro Rodríguez, and indicated that they wanted to give the little boy a little privacy for a few months before making his first photographs public.
“It was a decision we made with the father and it was to give Lucca a few months of privacy so that he can grow, develop, but later on they will be able to meet my baby... for now, it's a moment of privacy for him,” the presenter said in her Instagram stories.
