
The disapproval of the President of the Republic, Pedro Castillo Terrones, increased in April to 76% less than 8 months after taking office, according to a Datum poll. The current head of state is the president who has lost the fastest citizen support of his administration compared to his predecessors. The Congress of the Republic is not going any different way and has and has 82% rejection.
The poll was published this Thursday by the newspaper Perú 21 and highlights that Castillo Terrones has surpassed Alejandro Toledo, Alan García, Ollanta Humala, Pedro Pablo Kuczynski, Martín Vizcarra and Francisco Sagasti, since none of them lowered their approval with such speed and reached just 19% in such a short period.
According to the same pollster, the disapproval of the head of state has thus increased in recent months
