PREPARATION

First wash the rice by moving it until you see that the water comes out transparent.

To cook the rice you can do it in the traditional way, placing it in the rice cooker or in a casserole. Cover and cook over low heat for 15 minutes, and then let stand for another 15 minutes covered. Then spread the rice on a tray and let it cool.

In addition, heat the rice vinegar a little in the microwave and mix it with the salt and sugar to dissolve. Once it is warm, combine it with the rice vinegar you just heated and move with a fork.

If you have a sushi mat, place the seaweed on it, and if not you can also use a piece of cling film and put the seaweed on top. Cover two thirds of the seaweed with a thin layer of rice leaving a space on one of the wide sides. Place the filling ingredients in the center of the rice in rows.

With the help of the mat, roll the seaweed without tightening too tightly, but firmly. Lightly wet the part of the seaweed without rice so that it sticks when you finish rolling and everything is clamped. Reservation.

It's time to prepare the mayonnaise! We gather all the ingredients in the glass of a hand mixer or blender. Start beating and do not stop it until the mayonnaise is formed. Taste, and rectify salt and lime juice if necessary.
