INGREDIENTES
- Oil - 4 (tablespoons)
- Steak - 400 (grams)
- Red Onion - 1 (unit)
- Minced Garlic - 1 (teaspoon)
- Panca pepper paste - 1 (teaspoon)
- Tomato - 2 (units)
- Yellow chili pepper - 1 (unit)
- dried oregano - 1/2 (teaspoon)
- Salt and Pepper - (to taste)
- Cumin - (to taste)
PREPARATION
- In a dish add 400 grams of steak, then add salt, pepper and cumin (to taste). Integrate and reserve it.
- In a frying pan add oil (2 tablespoons). And then put the meat to fry, seal it on both sides. See that it is cooked completely to reserve it.
- Then, in the same pan, add 2 tablespoons of oil (again), 1 teaspoon of chopped garlic, to fry it for 5 minutes. 1 unit of take without skin or seeds to fry again for 5 minutes. Add 1 teaspoon of chili panca paste and continue to fry for another 5 minutes.
- Add salt, pepper and cumin. All three are to taste, it's up to you. Integrate it and add 1 unit of large red onion to continue the integration and change color. Then, insert 1 unit of yellow pepper into strips and 2 tablespoons of red vinegar to continue integration.
- Reinstate the steak in the pan. Don't forget the juice to stir, cover and cook until the meat is tender. Then put 1/2 teaspoon of dried oregano. 1 unit of tomato in wedges, optional. Continue to correct salt if necessary.
- Don't forget to accompany it with grained rice, golden potatoes and/or fresh salad. And that's it, you've got your steak with onions.
