The Ministry of Health reported, on April 7, 2022, 312 new cases of covid-19 in Colombia. In the last 24 hours, 25,800 tests were processed, of which 9,470 are PCR and 16,330 are antigens.
The report also noted that six Colombians died of the disease on the last day. In this way, the country reaches a total of 139,687 deaths due to the virus since the start of the pandemic.
By aggregating all the figures, Colombia reached a total of 6,086,811 infections, of which 3,789 are active cases and 5,919,925 correspond to positive cases that have already managed to overcome the disease.
There are 170 conglomerates in the country. The territories are: Amazon, Antioquia, Arauca, Atlantic, Barranquilla, Bogota, Bolivar, Boyaca, Buenaventura, Caldas, Caqueta, Cartagena, Casanare, Cauca, Cesar, Choco, Cordoba, Cundinamarca, Guainía, Guaviare, Huila, La Guajira, Magdalena, Meta, Nariño, Norte de Santander, Putumayo, Quindio, Risaralda, San Andres, Santa Marta, Santander, Sucre, Tolima, Valle del Cauca, Vaupés, Vichada.
This is how vaccination is going in the country
The most recent report from the Ministry of Health also indicates that as of 11:59 on Tuesday, April 5, 2022, a total of 81,346,329 doses of the vaccine against covid-19 had already been applied in Colombia.
According to the same report, the number of Colombians with the complete vaccination schedule, that is, those who have already received the two doses of the biological, currently amounts to 28,597,657 people, while 6,366,398 people have been immunized with single doses. Likewise, 10,664,382 booster doses have been applied.
Similarly, during the last day, a total of 88,049 vaccines were applied, of which 24,611 were for the second injection, while another 4,875 were single-dose.
The Ministry of Health reported that, starting this Thursday, April 7, Colombians who want to travel to the European Union (EU) will have a new digital vaccination certificate appropriate to the regulations of that political community so that they can enter the 27 countries that make it up.
The new certificate for Colombians traveling to the European Union will be read on a specific validator used by the 27 countries that make up that geopolitical community, through which the validity of the document will be confirmed.
Likewise, from now on, Colombia will have the European Union's reading system, so that vaccination certificates for European travellers arriving in the national territory can also be validated.
How to download the vaccination certificate for Colombians traveling to the European Union?
1. You must enter the 'My Vaccina' web portal https://mivacuna.sispro.gov.co/mivacuna, and select the 'I am Colombian or resident in Colombia' button.

2. There you will see a 'Terms of Use' box, in which you must click on the option 'I agree'.

3. The page will redirect you to a form where you must enter your document type, identification number and the date of issue of the document. Once you have completed all the requested information, you will need to click on the option 'Login'.

4. Once you go to the next page, you will find the three types of digital vaccination certificate that you can download. In this case, if you are traveling to the European Union or abroad, you must select the one entitled 'My digital certificate of international vaccination' and click on the download code.

5. Your international digital vaccination certificate will be downloaded automatically with your name and date of birth, the type of biological you were injected with, the number of doses you received, where you were immunized, and the QR code that you must show when you arrive in your destination country to verify the validity of the information.
