Amparo Grisales cried with the stories of the participants of The Box Challenge

Chapter 21 of The Box Challenge was full of emotions, as all those sentenced were worried about the Death Challenge that would leave two challengers out of the competition just before starting the new stage of the program, in which one of the teams will disappear. In addition, the Beta team experienced 24 hours of exhausting punishment that forced them to carry heavy clothing all over the mountain, while the members of Gamma received an award that included an important visit, Amparo Grisales.

The Colombian actress arrived in Tobia, Cundinamarca, where the 'City of Cajas' is built, directly to the new space built for this season, the 'Club House', where the parties and meetings received by the winners of the awards and their guests, who in this case were six members of the Alpha team . “You are here to have a rich time, of connection between body, soul and spirit, and what better person to talk to you about all this than a woman you know who is 'The Diva of Colombia',” said host Gabriela Tafur.

The entry of Amparo Grisales struck all the defiants so much that one of them, Emily (Gamma), immediately began to cry, when the actress noticed it she pointed to her and asked her not to cry because she would too. “It gives me a lot of happiness to be here too, look,” Grisales said to her while she also wiped her tears; “as a child they called me 'tearimpronto' because I cried for everything, and I am still in them,” she revealed.

At the meeting 'La Diva de Colombia' he wanted to give some reflections to the defiant ones about what the efforts and sacrifices they are making in the program entail, such as not being able to eat for several days. “That which you have not eaten gives you a wonderful power in your mind, because it is the will, it is the control of thoughts and words. When you complain, when you curse, that's terrible because you block yourself and your desires don't manifest,” he told them.

Amparo Grisales said that, in the middle of the recordings of 'El Paseo 6', his left hand broke; however, “I didn't let myself cast, I didn't have surgery, I went back to the recordings and I didn't waste an hour of work”. She explained that she succeeded at the very moment when the accident occurred - which she still doesn't know how it happened -, in the midst of the pain she spoke to her body and her cells to take control, as she reported, “Then they took x-rays and my bones are excellent, everything is mind”.

The actress gave everyone her book 'My Conscious Body' and spoke directly to Maleja, from the Gamma team, who was the defiant who had to face the haircut challenge. The athlete confessed to the actress that with her words she had made her realize that she herself had attracted that punishment to show her strength, “I always said I didn't want that challenge, because I was leaving the Challenge”. For her part, Amparo Grisales congratulated her and cried when she learned that the woman had given her hair to make a wig to her sister, who is suffering from cancer.
