INGREDIENTS

FOR THE WINGS

-Wings

-Paprika (to taste)

-Cumin (to taste)

-Salt (to taste)

-Pepper (to taste)

FOR THE TERIYAKI SAUCE

- 1 tablespoonful of butter

-1 kion

-1 stem of Chinese onion

- ½ cup of chair

-3 tablespoons of oyster sauce

-3 tablespoons of honey

-2 tablespoons of sugar

-1/2 cup cornstarch

-Sesame (to taste to decorate)

-Chinese onion (the green part to taste to decorate)

PREPARATION

1. The first thing we will do is have all the ingredients ready and ready to prepare the recipe. Now we will start adding oil, salt, cumin, pepper and paprika to the cut and clean wings. We mix well so that the wings are bathed in all the seasonings.

2. Once the wings are well covered, we put them in the air fryer for 20 minutes at 180°C.

3. Now we will prepare the teriyaki sauce, start by melting the butter in the pan. Peel and chop the kion and stalk of the Chinese onion and throw it into the pan with the melted butter.

4. In the same pan we pour the chair, the oyster sauce, honey, sugar and mix everything until everything is well integrated.

5. We dilute the half cup of cornstarch with a little water and also add it to the sauce mixture, continue mixing. When you can move the sauce and see the bottom of the pan this means that it is ready.

6. Now we take the wings out of the air fryer and put them in the pan with the teriyaki sauce to mix them.

7. Once they are covered in the teriyaki sauce, we serve the wings on a plate and decorate by sprinkling sesame and Chinese onion on top.
