A woman died in the municipality of Celaya as a result of an accident involving machinery, inside the flour factory where she worked.

The worker lost her life during the afternoon of Tuesday, March 5, in a factory located on the alternate highway to Villagrán, at the junction with Avenida 12 de Octubre, in the Los Girasoles neighborhood.

The Municipal Police responded to an emergency call made to 911, at approximately 3:30 p.m., and when they arrived there they found the woman unfathomful inside the facilities of the Molinera de México Selecta company.

Despite the fact that the circumstances surrounding the event were not entirely clarified, according to what was reported by the factory staff to the authorities, the woman had suffered an accident with one of the machines and had hit her head heavily.

The paramedics who answered the call confirmed that the woman no longer had vital signs. At that time, the rest of the staff were evacuated and reported to the Office of the Attorney-General of the State.

Ministerial agents and an FGE expert came to the scene to process the scene of the accident and interview more possible witnesses in order to clarify the events that led to the accident. The fact was confirmed by communications personnel from the Ministry of Citizen Security.

On November 23, a worker from the De Acero company died while attending to a water leak in one of the three electrode arms of the boiler furnace.

The events took place in the municipality of Villagrán, Guanajuato. The employee was changing insulators when he was pressed between the two arms, losing his life almost instantly.

According to witnesses, the accident could be due to the lack of experience of the worker identified as Julius César, because despite the fact that he had worked for about 3 years in the company, he had little time in the maintenance area. He was previously a welder.
