This was the first day of ticket sales for Daddy Yankee's concert in Medellin

Acquiring tickets for Daddy Yankee concerts is not an easy task. This Tuesday, April 5, the pre-sale of his farewell tour, 'La Última Vuelta World Tour', was opened, which will have a presentation at the Atanasio Girardot stadium in Medellín, next October 15. However, tickets are being sold 'like hot bread', according to the organization.

Box Office Live, the entity in charge of marketing tickets for these presentations, said that, at the close of Tuesday, 70% of the capacity has already been completed, which is equivalent to 30,000 ballots.

“During the day, more than 150,000 people connected at the time on the platform and were able to carry out the purchase of the tickets. In addition to this, users have received their tickets via mail. Those who do not yet have their ballots, the platform will be sending them to their registered emails within the next 36 hours specifying their location, time, and other important details of the event,” the company said in the last few hours.

The news has not been very good among fans, because, through social networks, many of them expressed their disagreement with the process of acquiring tickets. According to them, there were virtual queues of more than 100,000 users on the first day of sales, and, even though they were on the Taquilla Live page for several hours, they were unable to purchase the tickets.

However, those who were able to pay for the tickets said that the platform did not provide them with any kind of support. Faced with this situation, the company said through its official profile: “Tickets will be arriving during the week or they will be able to be consulted in 'my tickets' when page traffic drops.”

In various trills, netizens made their cases known, where they stated that, when reviewing the indicated section, the tickets did not appear: “I don't see my ballots arriving, but if you deducted the money from my account, any answer for this?” ; “Well, I called because it was the same for me and they only told me that they could generate a PQR for me because my money didn't appear anywhere, rather without money and without ballots,” some of them wrote on Twitter.
