It was 13 hours of blockade in Periférico Norte at Naucalpan, where protesters, family, friends and acquaintances of Hugo Carvajal demand justice for his murder.
Minutes earlier, in agreement with the Attorney General's Office of the State of Mexico, the protesters agreed to the opening of a lane in both directions. In return, they demanded Mario Sala, Homicide Prosecutor, to present the murderer of the murdered minor at a party in no more than two hours.
For a few minutes, approximately half an hour, one of the lanes at the height of the Satellite Towers, headed for the Cuautitlán Izcalli delegation, was in operation until the regrettable event of a truck, apparently with construction material, took place.
The people in charge of the blockade also reported through a press conference that riot teams and shock groups were presented to the area of the events, although the purpose of these teams is unknown so far.
Mother and father of Hugo, who was under 15 years old who was murdered, assured that responsibility for communication begins with the governor of the State of Mexico, Alfredo del Mazo, who has not yet appeared in the entity.
“The graduate has no capacity, he is irresponsible because he has not taken action in the matter. Right now they sent us a group of clashes, authorized by the undersecretary of the Cross, here, because they arrived together. That's true,” they said.
Among other episodes, the protesters also confronted the angry motorists who have been in Periférico Norte, at the height of Naucalpan since the early hours of April 5, 2022.
