Andrea Serna is one of the most recognized presenters by those who follow the most famous television competitions in the country, and that is because she has stood out for hosting the most recent seasons of the 'Challenge', as well as the first installments of 'Protagonistas de novela'.

In total, he accumulates more than 20 years of career in the 'small screen' and, in addition to his professionalism, he also highlights his beauty and sculptural figure, which seems to be intact despite the passage of time.

About how she has managed to stay in shape, Serna revealed one of her main secrets in an interview with Vea magazine.

Of course, working alongside Saavedra is not something new for Andrea, because for a couple of years he has been the one who has been directing his exercise routines, even since he did his first season in 'Challenge: The Box'.

“I really liked it because unlike the first one, in Cap Cana in this one I had more time to prepare. Francisco has educated me not to do things for the sake of doing them and to understand my training more and why or what things are done for. Also that food must be with a goal, that has been the difference, I have understood the subject more and that is why I have a more structured physical preparation that I constantly accompany”, he explained to the media.

However, beyond having a professional by her side, it has been perseverance and discipline that has given Andrea Serna the most fruits to continue looking spectacular at the age of 45.

Finally, the former host of other television shows such as 'The Agency: Battle of Models', 'The Wall' and 'Factor X', let Vea magazine know that her routine lasts just over an hour and she develops it for six out of seven days a week.

“I train for an hour and a quarter every day looking to rest one, usually on Sunday, although sometimes I change it to Monday, a day that is sometimes lazy to train. I do various workouts, led by my coach Francisco Saavedra, he likes to vary and do programs to achieve certain goals and that the body receives different stimuli. One week I do a lot of weight, another week I do exercises so that my joints rest and they are based on stretching, another week I do HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training) cardio in the mornings, and so on...”, he concluded.
