The Apple Fitness+ service added new programs aimed especially at women who have just given birth.
Within the menu of alternatives offered by the streaming training platform for this group, there are medical advice on obstetrics and gynecology, as highlighted by Europa Press.
These adapted exercises are part of the “Be active during pregnancy” collection and have been designed by women athletes and trainers who were recently mothers.
The material is aimed at both women who have had a natural birth and those who have gone through a cesarean section, and offer different intensities depending on the levels of activity they had during pregnancy.
