Yesterday's broadcast on April 2 left a surprising start on MasterChef Celebrity, the former beauty queen and actress Carolina Gómez, who despite being one of the competitors who showed the greatest skill in the competition, had to leave the most famous kitchen in Colombia for an elimination challenge.
Jorge Rauch, Chris Carpentier and Nicolás de Zurbiría didn't have it at all easy, since in this elimination challenge there were three of the competitors who had shown the greatest strengths up to this point. Carolina Gomez, Manuela Manuela Gonzales and Tatan Mejia. Such was the expectation of seeing the three cooks in the challenge that even one of his friends, the troubadour and comedian Corozo, mentioned “It's a challenge of Tatans and Titans”. In black aprons were also Natalia Ramírez, Carlos Baez, Cristina Campuzano and Aco Pérez.
For the elimination challenge, the juries gave way for the participants to deliver a dish resulting from their creativity. It was then that sweet preparations such as Carlos's and Cristina's experimental sauces pleasantly surprised the juries.
On the other hand, the titans and Tatan did not surprise the three chefs in the right way, because of the contract compared to their companions the three virtuosos were the ones who took the most criticism on their plates.
The participants' concern was much and more towards Carolina, who was ill and in the middle of preparing her dish she was in poor health. Despite the conditions Caro delivered the dish thanks to his perseverance the support of his teammates, but apparently he was not going to be able to continue the beautiful former queen.
The verdict of the three juries was similar for the titans and Tatan, dishes that were not surprising in an elimination challenge compared to those prepared by Aco, Carlos Cristina and Natalia. This is how after a difficult definition Caro Gómez came out of the most famous cuisine in Colombia.
While the sadness of her companions was evident when she saw her leave, Carolina with her usual calm and smile said: “I want to remind you that there are no Grammys here, there are no championships, there are no crowns, here we are all the same, here we are drive, discipline, tenacity and hard work. We can't forget that. I can't be more honored to be with you, what a wonderful group of people and that we can say things to each other's faces with respect. Let us never forget that, please, because this program is seen by the country and what we say and do counts. Thank you for this beginning of the year because you fill my soul, my energy and my mind.”
Meanwhile, all the content that Canal RCN offers to its audience on weekends, is a musical reality show: 'Factor X'. Regarding its schedule, on weekends, the Colombian audience could watch the reality television program present on the screen from eight o'clock in the evening, but this will no longer be the case.
The reason? Well, previously 'MasterChef Celebrity Colombia' was developed on screen on Saturdays and Sundays, however, for the fourth installment 'celebrity' of this gastronomic reality show there was a modification: February 21 was the date selected by RCN to launch the production, which would now be seen from Monday to Friday.
But, here comes the following: 'MasterChef Celebrity Colombia' (2022) will now be presented throughout the week, that is, it will go from Monday to Sunday. Just as during the week its schedule is eight o'clock in the evening, in the same way, on weekends it will have the same time of airing.
