On repeated occasions, actors and their followers perceive that they have been banned from television for freely exposing their leftist political positions, one of the most notorious cases was that of Julián Román who, in an interview with BluRadio, assured that they have reached the point of pointing him out as a guerrilla.
“I always say what I say when they ask me 'why do you think? , why does it say? ' because I am a citizen, I pay taxes, because I have the need, because my work leads me not to be politically alien to what is happening around me,” the actor Bogotá told the national media.
Recently, through her 'InstaStories', actress' Chichila 'Navia answered some concerns of her followers on Instagram and one of those that caught the artist's attention was whether due to her political stance at some point in her careers they have felt banned from national television, responding that in the past this was a problem for her husband.
“That's not true. At one point Santiago did, they didn't even call him to greet him, but not anymore. It has nothing to do with me, at all,” added the actress.

Here is' Chichila 'Navia's response to the veto on television:
The reactions soon appeared, as the gossip portal 'Tracing Famosos' is responsible for replicating the content that celebrities share on their social networks, where it already reaches 68,000 views and with more than 1,100 likes. Among the comments, they highlight what happens to most people who think differently in politics.
“Well, sad because in Colombia the one who thinks differently is always attacked... there should be respect from all sides and accept that the political positions of the people are different”, “So intelligent and they believe a resentful charlatan”, “Everyone who is against Uribe vetoes him anywhere, see Adriana Lucia who even threatens her with death”, among others.
It is worth mentioning that in July 2021, Julián Román gave an interview to the gossip program 'Lo Sé Todo' about the reason for the live broadcasts during the protests that took place that year.
“We think we are doing a citizen thing that is free opinion that many people like and feel linked to our voices of protest, we try to find solutions beyond making things visible,” said the actor for 'I Know It All'.
And although it is true, Julián Román is one of the few voices in show business who has decided to speak through his social networks. Its objective is not based on making its way into politics, nor are its interests directed towards that end.
“I want to make it clear to you that we don't have any pretensions, neither Santiago, nor Adriana Lucía, nor I want to launch ourselves into the Senate, nor the House, nor the mayor's office, we are not interested in that policy, we are interested in our spaces, from acting and singing, to be voices to tell stories,” Román confessed.
