The Senior Voice: Tony Succar cries when he discovers his mother at blind auditions

Tony Succar burst into tears after receiving a visit from his mother. Mimi Succar surprised on stage singing Quimbara, by Celia Cruz. Immediately the musician stopped and ran to hug her.

As their father, who is now their manager, approached, Tony Succar thanked them for taking it forward in the midst of so many shortcomings. He even remembered that Don Antonio cleaned bathrooms for a long time and then sang in the street to receive some coins.

He also regretted that he was unable to fulfill his mother's dream, which is to release a musical production. I hope that he committed to carry out in 2022.

“I said, how would I like to have my mom here so she can participate. Our parents are always important, they have always given me everything, I am standing here for them. I've always watched my mom dominate the stage. I am your replica. Wow! thank you for coming”, he said moved.

“As a producer, I have never had the opportunity to produce anything for my mother. Our parents have dreams, I am nothing without my parents or grandparents. Everything I've learned is because of them,” he added.

The musician related that many have told him to change managers so that he can go further, but he assured that he will not do it because if he is where he is, it is thanks to his father.

“Dad, you're the best. Ever since I was two, you've given everything for your family, you've cleaned toilets, you've done horrible jobs. I've seen my dad humiliated,” Tony Succar told me through tears.

“I have made my career with my dad, I know that we are always divided (with a broken voice). They are things in life but I love you, that's all I can tell you,” she told her father.

For his part, his father pointed out that all success is theirs and that they only fulfilled their responsibility. And they will continue to do so.

While Mimi indicated that she feels a lucky woman with life and very grateful, stressing that the reason for being is her children. Currently, Tony's mother lives in the United States with her eldest daughter, dedicated to her grandchildren.

However, everything did not stop there, Cristian Rivero invited Mimi to sing Quimbara again, while her son accompanied her. Both accepted the proposal, performing a great show at La Voz Senior.

At the end of the exciting presentation, where the members of the jury stopped to dance, Tony thanked for such a surprise.

“Thank you to all the accomplices for giving me this surprise, it's the best. I love all my Peru, this is the message, family comes first, don't fight. Always be together, support your children, support your parents.” These words touched those present, even Cristian Rivero and Lucia Galán could not hide their tears.

The family was fired with a big hug and Tony Succar returned to his place as a jury of La Voz Senior.
