The Box Challenge: Moises doesn't want to hug Carballo because he “can take things differently”

The llanero athlete spoke with a colleague about the attitudes that the Olympic marchista has with him and that he doesn't like. In addition, he pointed out that another colleague has told him that Carballo seems to like him

Moisés Sanmartin Vanegas and Jorge Luis Castillo Carballo are two of the eight members of the Beta house in The Box Challenge, which has remained throughout the four cycles of the competition winning most of the events in the City of the Boxes. However, although on the slopes the blue team is effective, in the house coexistence has been a problem from the start.

Carballo is the main member of the house with whom the other seven competitors have problems, as they consider him immature and weak, but the good performance of the Olympic marchista has given Beta the victory on several occasions. The one who has had the most differences with Carballo was Moisés, the llanero who is a physical trainer, psychology student and captain of his Rugby team, since he believes that the Toliman complains a lot about not eating or not having comforts, situations that must be faced in the middle of the competition.

But there seems to be one more issue that makes Moses not consider Carballo to his liking. From the beginning it has been established that Carballo belongs to the LGBT community, but he himself revealed to his teammates that he has had romantic relationships with men and women, and explained that he is actually asexual. Despite this, Moses fears that Carballo has a love interest in him.

This is how he confessed in a private talk to his partner Lina, which was captured on cameras. Moises and Lina commented on the 'family' they have made up with the other Beta competitors; however, the llanero confessed that he is a man affectionate with everyone, but not with Carballo so that he would not misunderstand things. “I hug 'Ceta', I hug others, but I find it hard to be very affectionate with Carballo because he can take things differently,” Moises said.

Lina asked him to explain why he thought so and the man told her that Ceta, captain of the team, had told her that he had noticed the looks Carballo gave Moses. “He told me seriously, he told me 'Carballo seems to like you'... with those faces he does,” explained the llanero, however, the competitor did not believe what Moses said to her and asked him “what faces?”

If you are affectionate and want to be affectionate with him then do it, if something bother you tell him and make things clear,” Lina finally told Moses. But he insisted that he did not like that the captain had told him that “Carballo looks at him with desire... so that's why I push him away”, concluded the athlete.

Moses' words were not well received by viewers, who criticized them on Twitter:

This situation of poor coexistence continues to occur in the team despite the fact that before, there was a gesture of reconciliation, when before going out to a test Moses and Ceta asked Carballo for his words forgiveness. “We need to strengthen the team more and I, for example, want to take the initiative of asking Carballo for forgiveness if I have really offended him at any time... it was never for setting it up, I want to know if he can give me a hug enough to apologize to you,” Moisés said. To which the marchista responded positively and they embraced.

Then it was the turn of Ceta, the captain of the team and with whom Carballo had the most clashes, “I also want to apologize for if he felt attacked or I made him feel inferior, not that I know that. One as captain makes certain decisions, but we all have the capabilities and we go to the tests according to them.” All this happened in the midst of the applause of the other comrades.
