- 1 1/2 cups of black olives without seeds

- 1/4 cup of boiled water

- 4 tablespoons of vegetable oil

- 1/2 cup of bacon in pieces

- 3 servings of grained cooked rice

PREPARATION

- In a blender add 1 1/2 cups of seedless black olives and 1/4 cup of boiled water. Blend and reserve.

- In a frying pan, add 4 tablespoons of vegetable oil. Then add 1/2 unit of red onion and then put a pinch of salt or to taste. Sauté for 5 minutes.

- Then add 1 teaspoon of finely chopped garlic to fry it for 3 minutes.

- Then in the same pan, add 2 tablespoons of yellow pepper paste and fry again for 3 minutes. Put 1/2 cup of bacon into pieces and do the same procedure in equal time.

- Once fried, add half of the blended olives. Only half, to avoid a bitter taste. Mix it and, to taste, you can add pecans or raisins. Integrate it.

- After that, you must add in the pan where the mixture is the 3 portions of cooked grained rice for integration. That's when you should add the other half of the blended olives to mix and serve hot.

- Already in a dish served with rice, you can add chopped parsley or pecans. The idea is that it has a perfect decoration and looks attractive to eat it to taste.
