Cristian Rivero loses the roles in La Voz Senior and shouts to Tony Succar: “You despair us!”

In the penultimate edition of La voz senior, broadcast on Tuesday, September 28, the show's host Cristian Rivero ended up shouting at the jury Tony Succar since he was slow to reveal who he would choose to form his team.

“At once, Tony! Please! You despair us!” , said the host of the Latina program after having counted to three and received no response from the composer.

The Peruvian producer faced duo Luis Chumpitaz and David Lobatón in the show's knockouts against Juan Ugarriza and Javier Costilla. This presentation left Succar speechless, who delayed deciding which duo would be the winner and would go to concerts.

“Please don't look at me like that,” said Tony after Rivero asked him what voice he would take to the next stage. “Whoever stays the same, we have to work together on something, I know, because this is terrible,” he added as he thought about who would be the winners.

For his part, Cristian was rushing the two-time winner of the Latin Grammy, as he was silent for several minutes. “Come on, Tony,” Rivero said and when he received no answer, he was right to shout that he desperates him.

Finally, after a long wait, Tony Succar named Luis Chumpitaz and David Lobatón as winners, the latter was very excited about the result and sent a greeting to his wife, who due to health problems was unable to accompany him in the presentation.

“I connected a lot with all the art they do, knowing that they are a duo and they are so well coupled, it's incredible,” said the coach of La voz senior.

PUBLIC REACTION AFTER DOS ELIMINATIONS

Fans of the show lashed out on social media against the decision made by the show, as they disagreed that the confrontations are in duo and consequently, the elimination as well.

During the konockouts phase, it is customary to see two participants facing each other with only one eliminated. However, this season the new dynamic has not left viewers happy.

“What harm has the production done in facing three participants instead of two, is unfair. Good voices left the senior voice peru,” another user tweeted.

WHAT IS SENIOR VOICE?

In 2013, the format of La Voz arrived in Peru with different stars such as Jerry Rivera, Eva Ayllón, Kalimba and José Luis “El Puma” Rodríguez. Its success was so great that in 2014 the second season was broadcast and in 2015 the third season.

However, production was discontinued but this year, it returned under the name La Voz Peru. After the end of the program, it adopted the name La Voz Senior, made for participants over sixty years old. Broadcast on Latina Televisión, the program has left the hearts of many viewers full of emotions with the stories of each contestant.

The Senior Voice is successfully broadcast from Monday to Saturday from 20:30 p.m. where we can also see Tony Succar, Eva Ayllón, Daniela Darcourt and the duo Pimpinela as jurors. Cristian Rivero is the presenter.
