Since the premiere of the period series based on Julia Quinn's books, this has been nothing short of a success on the popular streaming platform. So much was the impact it had on viewers that shortly after it was released it became the most-watched original series on Netflix.
However, due to the era in which the series is based and the customs so different from those of today, there are details of the protagonists that can be a bit confusing. This is the case of the age of the Bridgerton brothers, since it is almost never mentioned so it is not known at what age it was appropriate at that time to marry or lead a family.

ANTHONY BRIDGERTON
Anthony is the older brother of the family, so he is one of the people who have the most pressure to get married during the series. In the books they point out that he was born in 1879, so in the first season he is 29 years old. Even in the second season, his age is revealed when he enters Lady Danbury's house and asks for his turn to recite a poem.
BENEDICT BRIDGERTON
Benedict is the second brother in the family, so he hasn't had the same pressure as Anthony to take care of the home and find a wife. He is only a couple of years younger than his older brother, in the first season he was 27 years old and turned 28 in the second season.
COLIN BRIDGERTON
Colin is 22 years old in the first season, but when he returned from his trip around the world he was already 23. In the first season, when he was engaged to Marina it was said that it was frowned upon for a man to marry at that age, since he was too young, however it was a good age for a woman to do it.
DAPHNE BRIDGERTON
Daphne is the fourth sister of the Bridgertons and the oldest of the women. According to the books she was born in 1972, so in season 1 she was 21 years old when she made her debut in society to marry and was chosen as the diamond of the season,
ELOISE BRIDGERTON
In the first season Eloise is 18 years old and her mother wanted her to make her debut in society with Daphne despite being a minor. However, she manages to convince her mother to delay it for a year, so in the second season she is forced to appear before the Queen.
FRANCESCA BRIDGERTON
She is the sixth child of the family and the third of the women, but not much is known about her character and she was not seen in the second season because she was participating in another Netflix production. According to the books his character was born in 1797, so in the second season he would be 17 years old.
GREGORY BRIDGERTON
He is the youngest of the men in the family. According to the books, Gregory was born in 1801, so in the second season he would be 13 years old.
HYACINTH BRIDGERTON
She's the smallest of the Bridgerton family. According to the books he was born in 1803 and is 11 years old. In the second season it is explained that Hyacinth did not get to know her father, since she was born only days after he died tragically.
