Salvador, the son of Carolina Cruz and Lincoln Palomeque, took his first steps

The host of the morning show 'Day a Dia', Carolina Cruz, has become an example of life for many Colombian mothers. After their second child, Salvador Palomeque Cruz, was born with gestational torticollis, a disease that causes the neck muscles to contract involuntarily and this, in turn, causes the baby's head to tilt to one side.

Since then, the vallecaucana model has shared through her social networks what it means to be the mother of a minor with this condition and, having shown that there were more opportunities for her because she had sufficient financial resources to access Salvador's treatments, she decided to create the foundation 'Salvador de Sueños', so that lack of money is not a problem for other moms.

Every post Cruz makes about his son touches on social networks and, in the last few hours, surprised all his followers by leaving a video with Salvador's first steps. On her Instagram 'Reels', the presenter posted an emotional moment in which she sees her second son leaning on a toy car and begins to move one foot in front of the other to be able to walk.

The publication already accumulates more than 115,000 likes and more than a million views. Carolina Cruz wrote: “You and Matias... my most powerful teachers. Jesus, I trust you.”

In the case of Carolina Cruz's recording, friendly personalities such as Yaneth Waldman, Carolina Sabino, Carolina Soto, Elizabeth Loaiza, among others, reacted with heart-filled comments.

It should be remembered that on February 19, 2021 Salvador came into the lives of Carolina Cruz, Lincoln Palomeque and Matías Palomeque Cruz. However, it would not be until March 2 that the celebrity couple announced the birth of their second child to all their followers.

Weeks later, Colombians' attention was focused on the baby's health, since it became known that Salvador was born with gestational torticollis. To celebrate Salvador's first year, his parents made their respective posts on social networks, highlighting the valuable teachings he has given them at a young age. Carolina Cruz, began by remembering the process of getting pregnant, because it should be remembered that in the past the presenter had lost the baby in her second pregnancy, which is why she had to undergo medical treatments to have Salvador, even so it was a high-risk pregnancy.

He then mentioned the first signs of the disease and the months that followed him trying to understand what Salvador's care should be and what they should learn from this process. He also highlighted the love that Matías, his eldest son, has with Salvador and the way in which he has also been there for him.

“THANK YOU SAVIOR, you came to Save Me, to give meaning to my life, to show me that I can do everything in Christ who strengthens me and to teach me to wait in his time. You taught me to understand that my fears can never be stronger than my FAITH,” the presenter continued.

For his part, Lincoln Palomeque also published a video in which he is seen playing with his two children.

“Pretty son I love you with my life, you are light, you are magic, your smile that enchants, the way you look at me fills me with life, seeing my eyes on you fills me with love, thank God for you, you are a warrior and you came to leave a mark! Happy birthday, I will always take care of you, I love you”, wrote the actor.
