The events for which the accused were sentenced to prison occurred in the La Sirena sector, on the western slope of commune 20, in Cali. According to the investigation carried out by the Attorney General's Office, men took advantage of the defenselessness and vulnerability of two girls, aged 13 and 14, daughters of neighboring families, sexually abused them and induced them to use drugs and narcotics.
According to the evidentiary material and testimonies presented during the hearings, the father and son owned motorcycles, with which they offered rides to the victims; in exchange for this, they were given to inhale glue such as Sacol, marijuana, bazooko and ecstasy.
Once the minors were allegedly intoxicated, the men beat the girls and burned them with cigarettes.
