“The Adventures of Scrat”, “Malcolm in the Middle” and all the Disney+ releases in April

In April, news arrives in the Disney+ catalog of films, series and documentaries. We will see Scrat star in new adventures in a series derived from The Ice Age, classics such as The Wonderful Years and Malcolm in the Middle, until the grand celebration of Earth Day with the launch of Polar Bear. Nate, better late than never — April 1

Nat Foster (Rueby Wood), a 13-year-old teenager, has big dreams of performing on Broadway, but hasn't even managed to get a role in the school play. When his parents leave town, Nate and his best friend Libby (Aria Brooks) flee to New York to realize a golden opportunity. A chance encounter with Heidi (Lisa Kudrow), Nate's aunt with whom he had lost his bond, turns his journey around and together they must learn that life's greatest adventures are as big as the dreams themselves. The film is based on the award-winning novel of the same name by Tim Federle.

The Ice Age: The Adventures of Scrat — April 13

Scrat, the saber-toothed squirrel from The Ice Age, returns with six new adventures where he will once again go after a nut and experience fatherhood.

The children's series focused on a group of doggies returns with more episodes.

The Earth Day special, My Big Little Farm: The Return, by National Geographic, is based on the award-winning 2018 documentary film that tells the story of John and Molly Chester, who abandoned their Los Angeles urban life to live on an unproductive farm and grow food, in harmony with nature, in Ventura County. The series follows the tireless ten-year journey of these farmers, in which they transformed the place into a magical productive farm and a biodiverse ecosystem full of challenges and celebrations of life.
