Step by step on how to view my receipts for fees issued in 2021

Public entities have made available to citizens a series of online services to prevent them from doing procedures in person during the coronavirus pandemic in Peru. Sunat has implemented new resources on its website that you can review without making any payment.

If you are interested in seeing all the fee receipts you have issued, or other documentation, we recommend that you have your National Identity Document, CLAVESOL and RUC number handy. If you don't remember the last two, here is this information:

WHAT IS MY RUC NUMBER?

- Enter the SUNAT website and click on “Consult RUC” or by selecting this link.

- Select the option “by document” (either ID card, alien's card, passport or diplomatic identity card). You can also do it by name or company name. Enter the code that appears on the screen and you will automatically see your RUC number.

- If you don't have it activated yet, you should contact SUNAT so they can support you with the validation process.

The fact: you can contact the consultation center by calling the number *4000, from Claro, Entel and Movistar; or at (01) 3150730 from Monday to Friday from 08:30am to 06:00pm.

DON'T YOU REMEMBER YOUR CLAVE SOL?

To use this option, you must have your email address registered with the RUC, as well as a security question and answer. If you do not have this information, you must go to a Taxpayer Services Center to collect a new SOL Password and User.

If you have the RUC number, you must enter Sunat's CLAVE SOL website and enter the digits. Then, select the “go” button and you'll see your password on the screen.

HOW TO VIEW MY ISSUED HONORARY RECEIPTS?

- First, go to the official website of Sunat.

- When you enter, you will see a menu in which you must select the option “issue receipts for electronic fees”.

- A new tab will open under the name “menu options”.

- We must click on “query issuers”.

- You will see on the screen “SUNAT online operations”. To log in, you need to enter your RUC number, username and password. This is what is called CLAVE SOL.

- Select the “enter” button.

- On the screen you will see a box to consult the electronic issuance system (SEE).

- Start the search by choosing the type and voucher number. This is the quick option to do so. Click on “search”.

- As a result we will see the date of issue, the RUC of the person who purchased a service and the status of the receipt.

- In order to see the receipt we click on the only blue button that indicates on the screen.

- You can save, print or send this document by email.

ADVANCED SEARCH

If we want to see more than one fee receipt that we have issued, we must choose the “advanced search” in which we will place a specific period of time.

Enter the type of voucher, document status and search date. Finally, click on “Search”.
