Ruggeri's hilarious imitation of Will Smith's hit on Chris Rock at the Oscars gala

The last Oscar Awards was marked by Will Smith's blow to Chris Rock after the humorist's unfortunate joke about the wife of the protagonist of “Soy Legend” during his monologue. The unexpected scene went viral and went around the world. Oscar Ruggeri took advantage of his participation as a panelist for ESPN to recreate the situation amid the presentation of the possible drums for the Qatar 2022 World Cup draw.

Led by Sebastián Vignolo, Cabezón and Daniel Arcucci volunteered to carry out the mock draw during the F90 broadcast. They were placed behind the studio panels waiting for the production to play the corresponding music and thus come out in front of the cameras. “The program is over, eh,” said Ruggeri from his hiding place. With laughter, the Pollo replied: “Stop, stop. Play of light! Is he going? Shall we go in?” .

Then, Ruggeri faced Diego Fucks and threw a blow into the air to which everyone was confused. But one sentence was enough to understand the reference to which the panelist was trying to refer: “Get the name my wife out of your mouth”. The whole apartment began to laugh at the occurrence of Cabezón, who had fun like never before for several minutes of the program.

It is worth remembering that the incident in question occurred on Sunday at the last Oscar Awards, when Chris Rock performed a brief comedy routine when he entered the stage. The comedian made a joke comparing the short hair of Jada Pinkett Smith, Will's wife, to the shaved-haired character of Demi Moore in the 1997 film “G.I. Jane” (“Up to the Limit” in Latin America, “Lieutenant O'Neil” in Spain).

When the cameras focused on Smith and his wife's face, they were still laughing. However, Rock decided to make one more comment about Jada and unleashed the anger of the Oscar winner. “Jada, I love you. 'G.I. Jane 2′. I can't wait to see her.” At that time, Smith realized the discomfort this had caused his wife, who suffers from a condition that causes her hair loss. Will burst onto the stage and beat the comedian to the surprise of all the attendees and the audience. After the attack, Rock could only say, “Oh, uh.”
