Morat, one of the most popular Colombian bands in the country, is currently in the middle of an international tour. On March 26 and 27, the people of Bogota showed up in Caracas, Venezuela and experienced a distressing situation. While they were on stage, a woman in the audience pulled a gun from the fire. As recorded in a video, a group of people were arguing when, suddenly, one of the women involved hit another of the concert attendees in the head with the back of a gun.

“We just found out that someone entered one of our concerts with a gun. We categorically reject any manifestation of violence. We will always do our best to make our concerts a safe space and our music a reason to unite (...) As far as we know, the police have already taken matters into the matter. Although we regret what happened, we are not going to let this event tarnish our memory of playing in Venezuela for the first time, because we had an incredible time. Thank you for having us, Venezuela! Amazing concerts!” , the group commented on its social networks.

According to what was detailed in the local media, the fight took place in the VIP locality, in the Tamanaco Commercial City Center. The woman who had the gun, according to what is known, managed to circumvent security and enter that device into space because it entered through the backstage area. The discussion took place after Martín Vargas, drummer of the band, released to the public, as a gift, one of the drumsticks with which he plays his instrument.

A female fan had a sign explicitly asking Vargas to give her his drumsticks, so the musician agreed. Although they were a special gift for the follower, other members of the audience tried to take them. That's where the fight started. It all happened on Sunday, March 27.

The scandal does not stop there, because, as it was reported, the armed woman would be the escort of Chavista judge Indira Alfonzo, former head of the Venezuelan National Electoral Council and current president of the Electoral Chamber of the High Court of Justice. The escort would be an official of the PolyCaracas entity. On social networks they say that Alfonzo is seen in the video dressed in a dark jacket and hat.

That day, the Morat fan had a sign that read: “Please, Martin give me a ramrod.” Victoria, as the woman appears on her social networks, recounted: “Well, what should have been the best night of my life ended up being crap. Today I attended Morat's concert at CCCT. I enjoyed and sang with my friends until I was hoarse and everything seemed incredible; and it projected itself as the best day of my life.”

“He pointed it directly at my boyfriend's head. No one, absolutely no one, stopped her. Between struggles, my boyfriend took two bites, a friend a cachazo and I got a pussy in the face (...) It is not fair that they demand that you not enter even with a Powerbank and there is someone inside with a gun (...). I am extremely disappointed, with the morale on the floor and with the feeling that nothing good can happen in this country,” said the woman.

Although the victim of the events claims that the authorities were not present at the time, the El Nacional portal highlighted that security officials approached to verify what was happening. Networks require the respective authorities to identify the woman and take action on the matter.
