As usual, surprises took hold of 'MasterChef Celebrity', and this Tuesday night's episode was no exception, because after Maria T's unexpected departure from the competition, the celebrities were ready for a new challenge of the 'mystery box'.
Already in the kitchens of Bogotá and after going through a visit to the Coffee Region full of tension for some and rest for others, the participants grouped in pairs for another test in which, the prize, were two immunity pins. The pairs consisted of Manuela and Ramiro; Tostao and Chicho; Pamela and Carolina; Corozo and Isabella; Aida M and Christina; Natalia and Aida Bossa: Aco and Tatán, and Estiwar G and Carlos.
When they opened the boxes, they found several legumes such as peas, beans and chickpeas. The challenge was to prepare a dish whose main ingredient was those ingredients, but with a little additional surprise: they had to be attached to a 'straitjacket' one behind the other, so that only the hands of whoever was in the back had to prepare, and the one in front had the mission to observe. So, everyone had 60 minutes to make their best dishes.
Some had difficulties at first, like Carlos and Estiwar G; there was even a moment when the actor almost burned himself with the hot oil they had in a pan; but there were other couples who understood each other perfectly from the beginning, as was the case with Aida Morales and Natalia Ramírez. After the established time, only three duets went to the front to be evaluated.

The first were Carlos and the 'influñencer'; both arrived at the lectern with a minimalist plate, to which Isabella said, on camera, if it would be enough for the three chefs. Indeed, it was enough for them, and in addition to that, they all gave good comments to the 'Serenada Paisa', described by both participants as a “decantation of the paisa tray”, since it had ground meat, ripe banana and beans. Although Nicolás said it was a good dish, Chris Carpentier was left with the impression that this creation had a more Mexican flavor than it was Colombian, and Jorge Raush declared that it was “signature cuisine”.
The next to be evaluated were Corozo and Tostao, who presented some 'tight croquettes' with peas. “Great dish, but it was a challenge of veja, not rice,” Carpentier said, but in his defense, the couple said that they were stuffed with peas and carried a minimum load of cereal, and seeing the good performance of the singer and the comedian, Christina and Aida mentioned in the middle of laughs that “That
Finally, they were called Isabella and Corozo. Both made a lentil soup that, despite the good taste, was salty and so did the Bogota chef know. The mistake was made by the Venezuelan actress, but Corozo accepted it as his own, and given this, Tatán Mejia soon reproached this behavior.
“What I don't like personally is that you don't accept your mistakes,” Tatán said of Isa, and Nicolás declared adding that the dish “It would be spectacular without that tap of salt.”
After several seconds of debate, the judges determined that the duo formed by Tostao and Chicho Arias were worthy of immunity pins. In this way, both went from being on the verge of elimination, to being saved for another week in the most famous kitchen in the world.
