True to his style, Brozo - the character created by actor Victor Trujillo - ironized about the situation that the head of the Attorney General's Office of the Republic (FGR), Alejandro Gertz Manero, after which the Supreme Court of Justice of the Nation (SCJN) ordered the immediate release of Alejandra Cuevas Morán.
Through his official Twitter account, the comedian assured that, after everything that happened this Monday, March 28, the former Secretary of Public Security - during the six-year term of Vicente Fox - will apply for employment, “even if he is an intellectual”.
“Alejandro 'G' applies for a job. Although it is intellectual”, were the words Trujillo used on his social networks, which were accompanied by an image of the prosecutor.

However, he was not the only character to rule on the case, since the former head of the Ministry of Labour and Social Security (STPS), Javier Lozano Alarcón, also questioned whether the highest court was slow to make the decision that took place this Monday in the Superior Chamber.
Like the comedian, the member of the National Action Party (PAN) acknowledged the work of the ministers; however, he pointed out that some of those present were doing a “personal favor” to Gertz Manero, whom he called an unpresentable character.
He also pointed out that the resolution given today in favor of the accused was due to family and social pressure rather than, he said, the “conviction” of setting precedents in the administration of justice in the country.
“Well done. I recognize them, but they knew, since @ArturoZaldivarL attracted the case to @SCJN that he was doing a PERSONAL favor to the unpresentable head of @FGRMexico Gertz Manero. There was more to family and social pressure than the conviction to do justice in that Court,” wrote the former official.

However, after the Court's discussion and determination, Alejandra Cuevas left the Santa Martha Acatitla prison and regained her freedom after, it should be recalled, Alejandra Gertz Manero was accused of participating in the death of her brother Federico, for which she was accused of alleged homicide by omission, a crime that was argued this afternoon does not exist.
Upon his departure, Cuevas Morán listened to the media present there and thanked all the people who helped him get out of prison; as well as the SCJN ministers who voted on Monday, March 28, in favor of his freedom. However, he asserted that the thanks are not extended by the Attorney General's Office of Mexico City (FGJ-CDMX), although he did not elaborate further on the subject.
Meanwhile, the capital's prosecutor's office assured that it will carry out a “deep analysis” of the actions of public servants in the face of imprisonment unjustified of women. In a statement published on his social networks, he also indicated that “it is autonomous, does not obey personal interests, does not manufacture guilty parties or crimes or generate agreements outside the law,” he said.
The agency expressed its broad respect for the resolution of the SCJN, in addition to ensuring that all the actions they carry out are reviewed by the high authorities of the judiciary, who have endorsed the legality of their actions.
