Since recently Sean Penn, famous actor recognized for films such as Mystic River and Wild Way, who recently stood out for raising awareness about the invasion of Russia to Ukraine, surprised the public, as it threatened to “melt” its statuettes if they do not allow Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky to speak at the ceremony.

The actor, who had to flee to Warsaw for safety, insisted that the president of Ukraine should speak in front of the guests at the awards ceremony. So he confirmed that he would encourage those present, even if it was his time to celebrate his triumph and boycott the Academy Awards.
