The Guadalajara club will resume its activities in the Grita México Clausura 2022 Tournament and the first rival they will face is the Monterrey Rayados; however, the next Chivas match will be affected by the c Concerts by the British band Coldplay.
After the break for the FIFA date, Matchday 12 of the Liga MX will begin next Friday, April 1 to end on Sunday, April 3 and the team from Tapatio had scheduled their match against the pupils of Víctor Manuel Vucetich on Saturday, April 2 at 21:00 hrs at the Akron Stadium, but it will not be possible to play because of the presentations of the Yellow interpreter group, so the Chivas will move their game.
Through social networks, the Sacred Herd team reported that they will reschedule their match against Rayados in order to play in the best conditions on the court, since it will be two days of concert at the Akron Stadium, so the turf and other ground conditions would be harmed by the presence of the fans of Coldplay and the scenography of the pop rock band.
Together with Liga MX and the Monterrey club, they agreed to reschedule the game from date 12 to the following Wednesday, April 13 at 20:00 hours in central Mexico. So the rojiblanca squad would not have activity during this weekend and would see actions until Day 13.
As part of the Coldplay Music of the Spheres World Tour, the band will perform at the Akron Stadium on Tuesday 29th and Wednesday 30th March at 7:30pm, so Marcelo Michel Leaño's squad will not be able to play Matchday 12 of the Liga MX as planned.
