In the midst of the Skills Summit of the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD), the Deputy Minister of Employment and Pensions, Andrés Felipe Uribe Medina, announced that the Saber Do Vale program for the recognition of labor skills has 6,000 places.
He said: “With the budgetary effort we have made, we have already benefited 3,000 people, including nationals and migrants, and we currently have 3,000 quotas and another 3,000 for the next year.”
He added that “at least 30% of the program's beneficiaries must be Venezuelan migrants.”

Beneficiaries receive intensive care incentive, which incentive is intended for people who have children, adolescents (up to the age of 17) or older people (60 years or older) or persons with disabilities in their care, which prevents them from correctly advancing the certification and training process.
It is also about connectivity with which it seeks to have access to the internet and thus be able to participate in the Saber Vale Program in the virtual mode.
