“Tu cara me suena”: participants, judges and everything you need to know about its premiere this March 27

This Sunday, March 27, will premiere the new season of Tu cara me suena, a reality show where eight participants will become unforgettable stars of international music to pay tribute to them through their imitation. Televisa Univision's bet will hit the small screen with a large cast of drivers, judges and contestants who will live together for weeks until they know the winner.

Who are the drivers?

The program will feature Rafael Araneda and Ana Brenda Contreras as main hosts. This is not the first time they have been part of the project because they also presented in the first season that was broadcast in the United States.

The native of Santiago de Chile has an extensive career in the medium as a television presenter. Among his participations, the work he has done in front of the cameras in Talento Rojo, The International Song Festival Viña del Mar, La Academia and Desafío de Estrellas stands out.

For her part, the 35-year-old performer will once again take a turn in her career by participating as a presenter of the reality show. So far, she has stood out in the medium as an actress of Mexican telenovelas and within her repertoire there are protagonists in Indomitable Heart, The One Who Could Not Love, Por Amar Sin Law, The Unforgivable and I swear that I love you.

After her sudden departure from the program Hoy, Marisol González will return to the Canal de las Estrellas as co-host of the show. The 39-year-old from Coahuila has stood out for her participation in sports programs and her surprising photo shoots as a model.

Who are the participants?

The cast of the second season of Tu cara me suena is made up of Latin American artists who will seek to make their best performance on stage, but not as they are used to but will give life to other people. The Mexican representation will be played by Yahir, Kika Edgar, Sherlyn and Ninel Conde.

Yahir Othón Parra rose to fame in 2002 as part of the first generation of La Academia, a singing reality show where he came in fourth place. Since then, the native of Hermosillo, Sonora, has worked in his musical career delighting the public with songs such as Hallucinado, La locura, Contigo sí, Do not depart from me, You came to my life, among others.

Kika Edgar will return to television to shine with her talent on stage. Since her debut, she has served as a complete artist who falls in love with her voice in songs such as Lo Siento Mi Amor, Lord Lover, I Still Keep a Grudge, Cherish Me, and Captivate with her performance in soap operas and plays.

Sherlyn Gonzalez will resume her career after becoming a mother. Since her youth, tapatia found a place on television as a soap opera actress and within her career, Class 406, True Love, Chameleons, Hearts on the Limit, La segunda noche, among others, stand out.

In recent months, Ninel Conde has been involved in controversy due to differences with her former partners Giovanni Medina and Larry Ramos, the latter being the one who is currently is a fugitive from justice after being accused of fraud. Added to this is the little coexistence he has had with his youngest son, Emmanuel.

Tu cara me suena came to make a change both in her personal and professional life, where she has stood out as an actress and singer, as well as being known as El bonbon murderer for her spectacular beauty.
