WHO WILL PRESENT THE 2022 OSCARS?
The Oscars will be presented by three powerful women: American actress, screenwriter and producer Amy Schumer, American actress of African-American and Native American descent Regina Hall and Wanda Sykes, American actress, writer, stand-up comedian and voice actress. He won the 1999 Emmy Award for his writings on The Chris Rock Show and in November 2008 he publicly acknowledged being homosexual.
Through a statement, the producer of the televised ceremony Will Packer detailed what the theme of the ceremony will be.
“This year's ceremony (2022) will focus on bringing film lovers together. It is fitting that we have aligned three of the most dynamic and hilarious women with very different comedic styles,” Packer said.
“I know that the fun that Regina, Amy and Wanda will have at the ceremony will reach our audience. We will have many surprises! Expect the unexpected!” , he said.
“Regina, Amy and Wanda are comedy powerhouses who will make history as the first female trio to present the biggest night of entertainment, and we are delighted to have them at the head [of the ceremony] to deliver an incredible show full of laughter and unforgettable moments,” said the president of ABC. WHICH ARTISTS HAVE BEEN CONFIRMED FOR THE 2022 OSCARS?
The artists who have already been confirmed for the Oscar ceremony will be responsible for presenting the various categories. They will say the name of the lucky winner.
Kevin Costner, Zoë Kravitz, Lady Gaga, Rosie Perez, Chris Rock, Yuh-Jung Youn, Ruth E. Carter, Anthony Hopkins, Lily James, John Leguizamo, Simu Liu, Rami Malek and Uma Thurman are the artists we will see in this broadcast.

WHAT PERFORMANCES WILL WE SEE AT THE OSCARS 2022?

The confirmed presentations are those of Beyoncé, Billie Eilish and FINNEAS, Sebastian Yatra and Reba McEntire.
However, the big absentee of the night will be Van Morrison, who plays “Down to Joy”. The British singer, songwriter and musician is on tour and will not be able to be at the gala.
