Marina's concert at the Estéreo Picnic was rescheduled for this Sunday

Yesterday afternoon, while the second day of concerts for the Estéreo Picnic was taking place, it was reported that Marina, a singer scheduled to sing during that day, had to change her date to perform in Bogotá due to technical problems with her trip to the national territory. “These are difficult times for live music and for the EFF. Unfortunately, we inform you that Marina will not be able to appear today, Saturday, March 26, at the Festival due to connection problems on its flights”, emphasized the organizing company of the event.

Until the time of the making of this note, the time of its presentation has not been confirmed, however, it should be borne in mind that Marina was confirmed to sing at 10:00 p.m. on the Adidas stage of the FEP, last Saturday, March 26. The singer would be singing after the massive performance of Spaniard C. Tangana and before the presence of Fatboy Slim on the same stage.

Marina, then, according to what was reported, will be singing this Sunday, March 27. “Our priority is to fulfill the public with an incredible concert and that's what we will experience today and tomorrow Sunday,” he stressed from the Festival.

“Fans from Colombia. My schedule on the stage of the Stereo Picnic Festival has been changed for tomorrow due to unforeseen circumstances. I'll let you know about the new schedules. I'm really excited to see them,” Marina said on her social media. Before the announcement Marina commented: “I am just a few hours away from starting my way to Bogotá. Let's pray that the weather will be kind to us tomorrow,” he wrote on his Twitter account. On his Instagram profile, he added: “We are trying to do everything we can. I hope many fans can see the show tomorrow. I'll be updating you when I have more information. I'll see you tomorrow Bogota.

The news did not fall very well with several of the singer's followers, as many of them pointed out that they had bought Saturday's ballot exclusively to see her. “The whole group of fans were mobilizing from early on, we went to the airport to wait for her and now we came to the festival with the intention of seeing her. Many of us have tickets for just Saturday (because we were coming for it) We need a solution,” commented one of the followers.

Several of the attendees highlighted what happened with the tragic events that occurred last Friday after the death of Foo Fighters drummer Taylor Hawkins. From the Festival, an extra ballot was handed out, for Sunday, for those who had bought the ballot only on Friday, March 25. Marina's supporters are looking for similar solutions. Those who have entered the debate on the possible solution point out that the Festiva would not be obliged to change the date because, in the end, they sold tickets for a whole day of concerts, and not for a solo concert by Marina.

It was on the morning of January 31 when, from the organization, Marina was confirmed as the new surprise artist of this version of the Festival. On January 18, it was reported that The Libertines also joined the list of surprise artists who, as is usually done every year, are presented days before the event.

From the Estéreo Picnic it was recalled that, for years, work has been done to celebrate pop in all its facets, so artists like Marina are perfect for the occasion. “The most relevant, partying, enigmatic, universal, local, experimental and overwhelming artists have performed at the FEP.
