The Administrative Department of Social Prosperity announced the extension of the payment dates for Families in Action incentives, to make operational adjustments to stabilize the development of the payment cycle with the new operators. In this way, program holders have until April 10 to claim the resources corresponding to the first cycle of the year.
“We are working to solve all the problems. With this extension of the date, we ensure that all households have enough time to make the collections,” said the then director of Social Prosperity, Susana Correa Borrero.
The resources of this first cycle are allocated to 2,067,193 households throughout the country and the investment for this turnaround is 317,350 million pesos. The operators Movii and SuperGiros are in charge of the delivery of the resources.
The holders should consult the operator that corresponds to them in their municipality and through which channel they will deliver the resources. Payment points, partners and schedules are socialized by the municipal links and through the channels provided by both payment operators. The owners of each family should be attentive to this information to know how and when they can claim incentives in their municipalities. They should keep in mind biosafety measures and remember that in several municipalities the organization applies by means of pico and ID.
In 207 municipalities served by the payment operator Movii, the entire payment cycle was rescheduled: it will start on 23 March and run until 10 April.
“Although we know that rescheduling generates some inconveniences that we regret, we appreciate the willingness and understanding to approach claiming your incentive on these new dates,” Correa said.
Movii is the financial operator in 828 municipalities in the country. It rotates resources through a mobile application to those who are registered and have a Movii account. It also provides incentives through the spin mode, for those who do not have the app and the account.
Holders who receive incentives through Movii can download the app, as follows:
-Download the application on your mobile phone.
-Enter the option 'register'.
-Enter your mobile number and click 'receive SMS'.
-Choose your identity document (follow the verification steps).
-Enter your email address. Leave the 'referral' field free.
- Accept the contract. A copy will be sent to your email.

It should be said that in order for a family to be invited to the registration process, it must meet these requirements:
-To have been surveyed with the methodology of Sisbén IV.
-Be classified in subgroups A1, A2, A3, A4, A5, B1, B2, B3 or B4 of Sisben IV.
-Have children and adolescents under 18 years of age registered in their Sisbén file.
Those invited must present identification documents, details of the educational institution where the children or adolescents who are going to enroll are studying and the name of the IPS that serves all members of the family.
