The National Action Party (PAN) reacted to the audio leak of Úrsula Patricia Salazar Mojica, leader of the Movement's bench of Regeneration Nacional (Morena) in the Congress of Tamaulipas, and assured that corruption is the “seal of the house” within the Fourth Transformation.
During the press conference prior to the registration of César El Truco Verástegui as a candidate for the Tamaulipas government by the Coalition Va por México - made up of the PRI, PAN and PRD -, the leader of the national panism, Marko Cortés Mendoza, said that Salazar Mojica's attitude is a consequence of the way the family of President Andrés Manuel López Obrado r (AMLO) acts.
In addition, he pointed out that with this alleged case of corruption by the Mexican president's niece, the speech of austerity and honesty “fell to pieces” before the citizens, since he said that it is now described as “incongruous and false.”
Also, accompanied by César Verástegui, Cortés Mendoza reiterated that there has been silence on the part of the Morenist leader Mario Delgado Carrillo about the illicit financing of the Carmona brothers to Morena's political campaigns, which for him means “that whoever is silent, grants”. In addition, he described the alleged complicity of this party with criminal groups as “very serious”.
For his part, the candidate of PAN, PRI and PRD for the Tamaulipas government pledged to work to provide immediate results for citizens; he stressed that the priority of his administration will be in terms of security so that there is more investment, as well as jobs for the benefit of Tamaulipas families.
Before militants and leaders of the National Action Party, the Institutional Revolutionary Party and the Democratic Revolution Party, Cortés Mendoza said that from April 3 to June 5 the coalition will fight to defend Mexico and Tamaulipas.
Meanwhile, on Saturday, March 26, Marko Cortés also assured that the blue and whites are “the most moved forward opposition” to the administration of López Obrador and pointed out that they will overthrow the National Regeneration Movement (Morena) in 2024.
During the virtual meeting of the National Council on Saturday, March 26, the national leader of the PAN mentioned that Mexico “is in one of the worst moments in history.”
“We have been, in contrast, the opposition that knows how to govern from the local level, which knows how to give results and set an example, the opposition that knows how to point out and that knows how to criticize, but also knows how to propose, the opposition that despite being insulted and persecuted is always ready to build for the higher good of the nation,” he said. during the virtual meeting of the National Council of the PAN.
