On the night of this Friday, March 25, the world dressed in mourning after the death of legendary Foo Fighters drummer Taylor Hawkins was announced at the Casa Medina Hotel, located in Bogotá. Despite the fact that the authorities have not yet commented on the causes of the musician's death, in recent hours the District Secretary of Health ruled that, apparently, the death of the American would be related to a “pain in the chest”.

In a statement, the Ministry of Health reported that, on Friday night, the Urgent and Emergency Regulatory Center received a notification about a patient who had “chest pain in a hotel located north of the city.”

In the face of the emergency, the entity indicated that it proceeded to send an ambulance to the place. However, when the medical team arrived at the hotel, there was already “a mobile phone for consultation of the company EMI”, which was providing medical care to Hawkins.
