In that regard, Acomer.pe. shared a recipe from Let's Cake on how to prepare cupcakes. They will serve for 10 servings with a preparation time of 10 minutes and 25 minutes in cooking. Follow the step by step and don't forget the ingredients to surprise your family.

INGREDIENTS

For the Cupcakes:

- Unsalted butter - 60 (grams)

- Granulated White Sugar - 150 (grams)

- Fresh Egg - 1 (unit)

- Cocoa Powder - 1 (tablespoonful)

- Passion Red Vegetable Dye - 1 (tablespoonful)

- Vanilla Essence - 1/2 (teaspoon)

- Fresh Milk - 120 (milliliters)

- White vinegar - 1 1/2 (tablespoonful)

- Unprepared flour - 150 (grams)

- Baking soda - 1/2 tsp

- Salt - 1/2 (teaspoon)

- Paraffin pyrotines nº 7 - 10 (units)

For the Cream Cheese Frosting:

- Cream cheese - 113 (grams)

- Unsalted butter - 60 (grams)

- Impalpable sugar - 2 (cups)

- Vanilla Essence - 1/2 (teaspoon)

- Silver beads - 20 (grams)

PREPARATION

- In a glass of whole milk, we add a spoonful of white vinegar. Integrate and reserve it.

- Then in a stand mixer put 60 g of unsalted butter at room temperature. Beat on medium speed until the butter becomes creamy.

- Then 150 g of granulated white sugar is added to continue beating it at medium speed for 5 minutes.

- The next step is to integrate the ingredients with the help of a silicone spatula.

- After 5 minutes, add 1 fresh egg at room temperature to beat at medium speed for 3 minutes. Then integrate it with the help of the silicone spatula nail and continue with the shake.

- In a small dish add a spoonful of cocoa powder and half a teaspoon of vanilla essence. Add a spoonful of passion red vegetable dye and integrate it.

- On the other hand, add the mixture to the mixer. Then beat it at medium speed for one minute. Don't forget that you should always collect all the ingredients with the rubber spatula.

- In a dish add the unprepared sifted flour of 150 grams. Then put half a tsp of salt to integrate. Add half of the flour to beat.

- Then add half the sour milk to beat for 1 minute at medium speed. The other half of flour should also be added. Again do the step with sour milk and with it you will have the color of red velvet, not forgetting to see if the ingredients stick on the sides.

- Then we must have the teaspoon of baking soda and combine it with 1/2 tsp. of white vinegar. Finally, mix and add immediately to the mixer.

For the Frosting:

- Beat at high speed until creamed. Add cold cream cheese of 113 grams to continue beating on high speed for 2 minutes. Add 2 cups of finite sugar and beat to do the same step.

- Don't forget to remove the cupcakes that had been put from the oven to let them cool for 5 minutes.

- Resuming the frosting, pour it into a piping bag and keep it refrigerated. Finally it is added to the cupcakes and you will have the Red Velvet ready.
