Among the more than a thousand posts she has on her Instagram account, Aida Bossa, actress and singer born in Cartagena, several videos have caught the attention of her followers, called 'Costeñol classes', referring to the particular way of speaking in some regions of the Colombian coasts that she even promoted on a t-shirt which has written on the front: “The people” and “weijée” on the back.
Thus, in view of the fact that the Cartagena is currently working as a participant in 'MasterChef Celebrity Colombia' (2022), she has gone from contestant to contestant, putting them to pronounce these phrases, even, the juries and host of the gastronomic reality show have not been left out of her quiz either — so to speak — in costeñol.
This is how last Sunday, March 20, Bossa published a video that portrays Claudia Bahamón (host of the reality show) saying the phrases as she considered it to be the right way, however, she failed, as Aida wrote in the caption of the post: “I forgive you mom! but give it more serum.” In addition, Aco Pérez (also a participant in 'MasterChef Celebrity') was the one who worked as a cameraman to shoot this video and, in the course of the images, says about the presenter's test: “What a disaster”; the actor is from Valledupar.
It should not be left out that, Claudia Bahamón is a native of Neiva.
Regarding the juries of 'MasterChef Celebrity Colombia' (2022), Jorge Rausch, from Bogotá, was also part of the list of questioned by Aida Bossa about this costeñol. In his case, the chef apparently has more potential than Claudia Bahamón, as Aida wrote about his test in the caption of the post: “Mr. Jorge Rausch had his own guapirreo in the end, 2 more kilos of cheese and there is yam pal mote!” However, the story was different with Chilean Christopher Carpentier.
If you talk about the participants, Jair Romero - actor Guajiro - had the correct pronunciation, so did Tostao, a Chocoano singer.
In the development of the most recent elimination test, the challenge imposed was to cook with milk cream, whatever it was: something sweet or salty. Those who were fighting for their place on the reality show, besides Romero, were Tostao (singer), Ramiro Meneses (actor and director), Aco Pérez (actor), Carolina Gomez (former queen and actress) and Carlos Baez (actor).
Then, the guajiro actor went along the path of making a sweet preparation and came before the juries - the chefs Jorge Rausch, Nicolás de Zubiría and the Chilean Christopher Carpentier - with a dessert that he christened with the name 'For children' (as a reference to his children). However, important details overshadowed his presented dish, among them that the cream was cut. Among the other convicted, Jair Romero was the one who had the least successful preparation and was eliminated.
Although in the course of his participation, there were times when he had stumbles with other preparations, the actor also received several compliments for his gastronomic performance.
