Much expectation had generated, for several days, a musical collaboration between Karol G and Ryan Castro, two of the strongest exponents of the urban genre in the country. It is worth remembering that three months ago, 'Bichota' launched 'Geek' together with Feid, being a resounding success in bars, clubs and radio stations in cities such as Bogotá and Medellín.

Now, it was the turn for 'The ghetto singer', who was going to release, a duet 'One night in Medellin'. However, the artist went out to deny this recording through a note posted on her Instagram profile. There, she indicated that she had no knowledge about the collaboration of other singers, including Castro, and that she was even warned very late about the possibility of making a remix.

“Family. Regarding the release of the song 'One night in Medellín', I would like to clarify that at no time did I know that other artists had recorded and that apparently there were several remixes spoken until two days ago that I announced it,” said Carolina Giraldo (the singer's first name).

She also indicated that although both she and her staff were very interested in going ahead with the recording of that single, she decided not to release it: “My work team and I value and respect the work of my colleagues, and although I love the project (...) we have decided not to go ahead with the release.”

Incidentally, he thanked all the artists and work teams that supported the release and concluded by offering excuses to his followers, who were waiting for the release of the single.

“I apologize in advance to my followers who I know they killed me by commenting endlessly on my post so that the song would be released soon. I owe them one, I love them”, concluded the paisa.

That post was replicated by several entertainment accounts on Instagram and one of them was' Rechismes', generating reactions of disappointment and even congratulation among their followers when telling the truth about the misunderstanding. Several even noticed that the publication announcing that single was deleted by the artist.

Reactions like “That song didn't need a remix”; “Poor pelaito the Chilean, with that meeting it would have come out of anonymity”; “I was waiting for this gossip because I don't understand what happened”; “I'm sad because it promised to be a good remix of reggaeton, but bad tongues say it was her fault because she wanted to remove De la Ghetto and They didn't listen to him”; “Too bad, because it sounded tasty” and “That remix had potential, but what it was” highlighted in the post that reached more than 10,000 likes in a few hours.

On the other hand, and with regard to his musical news, Karol G ranks in the top 10 places on Spotify.

“Harvesting success is synonymous with Becky G and Karol G. So it's no surprise that their new production, called “MAMIII”, debuted in sixth place on that occasion. Who else could boast of having 98,713 first-entry views?” points to the platform.

On the other hand, the list of the most listened to is led by Pantysito , by Feid, Alejo and Robi, followed by Monastery (also by Feid but in collaboration with Ryan Castro) and 'Medallo' by Colombian Blessd.
