Doja Cat: who she is and why is she “the most hated singer” in Paraguay

Singer Doja Cat has received a wave of criticism for the cancellation of her concert in Paraguay. Given what happened, he made the decision to “resign”.

Social media users have placed singer Doja Cat as a topic of debate after the last unfortunate events in which she has been involved. His time in Latin America has caused him to be “canceled” and harshly criticized by those who were part of his fandom who supported his musical career. But what happened?

Through Twitter messages and Tiktok videos, it was revealed that the rapper had a pending presentation in Paraguay. She arrived to provide her show, but she nor the organizers imagined that weather conditions would cause the show to be canceled.

It is from this moment that the controversy begins with the author of several songs that have served as inspiration to create the famous' challenges' on Tiktok. According to what the attendees expressed, she made the decision to organize a private party in Negroni, a bar located in Asunción. Those who managed to enter the venue commented that she gave a specific order for “no one to look her in the eye” while she was singing.

Regarding those who were unable to attend the private function, they stayed outside their hotel regardless of the rain and storm that was coming. Putting her integrity and health at risk, the fans of Doja Cat remained there with the sole intention of meeting her, asking for a photo, autograph and giving her messages of support.

According to what they explained on the “little blue bird” social network, the American never showed any interest in meeting her Paraguayan fans, although she defended herself by stating that when she came out to see it, there was no one waiting for her.

Those who considered themselves their fans have shown total rejection of the artist, making it clear that they will not continue to support her career, besides asking her that she no longer returns to Latin America, let alone Paraguay.

According to the analysis of the Spotify platform, Doja Cat is among the 10 most listened artists in the world.

Although his followers expected him to apologize for what happened in Uruguay, they were only surprised by his reaction, making it clear that he would be seriously thinking about abandoning his singing career.

After her applauded participation in the two editions of this year's Lollapalooza, the performer made this self-criticism about the latest events.

His name on Twitter even changed it to “I quit”, which when translated into Spanish means “renuncio”. His last update was on Instagram where he shared the horoscope, which indicated that “everyone was going to be against him”.
