The administration of President Andrés Manuel López Obrador (AMLO) has been characterized by the various social programs it grants to Mexicans through the Welfare Secretariat. One of them is the Welfare Pension which is intended for people who are, or older, at age 65.
Through the Welfare Card, any man or woman who is 65 years old or older is entitled to a monetary amount which is granted on a bimonthly basis.
Through social networks, the Secretariat announced what are the dates for older adults who reach that age in 2022 can register to be part of the Welfare Pension.
January-April
People who turn 65 between these months will be able to register from April 15 to 30. They will be able to pick up their plastic from June 15 to 30.
May-June
His registration is from June 15 to 30. They will be able to pick up their plastic from August 15 to 30.
Julio-August
Your registration is from July 1st to 15th. They will be able to pick up their plastic from September 1 to 15.
September and November
His registration is from September 1st to 15th. They will be able to pick up their plastic from November 1st to 15th.
November and December
His registration is from November 1st to 15th. They will be able to pick up their plastic from 1 to 15 January next year.
The agency highlighted that people living in the states of: Aguascalientes, Durango, Hidalgo, Oaxaca, Quintana Roo or Tamaulipas will be able to register from June 15 to 30.
What documents do I need to register?
*For indigenous seniors, a document that proves residence in one of the municipalities listed as indigenous peoples.
*Valid identification document
*Unique Population Registration Key (CURP)
*Proof of address
*Birth certificate
Registration can be done through the Welfare Line (800 639 42 64) or in person at a delegation of the Welfare Secretariat.
The documents that must be presented when they come to receive the card are:
*A valid official ID in original and copy.
*Bring proof of registration.
In order to collect the Pensión Bienestar card, some beneficiaries received an SMS message containing the full name of the older adult, the date, time and place for delivery. If they have not received it, they must log in to the portal to review the information.

For its part, it can also be withdrawn at branches of other banks but with an extra commission for the transaction:

Through plastic, it will also be possible to receive the support of the Federal Government for people with disabilities and also the amounts of Welfare Grants, among other social programs. In addition, because it is a card issued by the Banco del Bienestar (Bansefi), it is associated with a bank account, so it owns the plastic will be able to provide more services to the beneficiaries.
Among them is managing a savings account with which you can make deposits to the same account and pay part of your income to it. In addition, bank deposits may also be made on plastics issued by Bansefi or, failing that, to receive payments from third parties by providing the card number.
