RECETA PISCO SOUR

Ingredients: 6 ounces of Peruvian pisco (recommendation: make it quebranta), 6 ounces pre-mix of sour mix, 1 egg white, drops of angostura bitters, ice.

Preparation: In a bowl or mixer we add 6 ounces of pisco quebranta or whatever is to your liking. We add 6 ounces of a sour mix premix, which you can make with 1/4 of sugar, water, lime juice and lemon. Optionally you can add 1 egg white to make it frothy. You can reserve it in the refrigerator. RECETA CÓCTEL CUSCO

Ingredients: Cherry brandy to cover the glass of the glass, 2 ounces of Peruvian pisco, 3/4 ounces of grapefruit (grapefruit), 1/2 ounce of lemon juice, 1/2 ounce of grapefruit juice (grapefruit), 3/4 ounce of gum syrup, 1 grapefruit for garnish and ice (as needed).

CAROB COCKTAIL RECIPE

Ingredients: 1 1/2 ounce of Pisco Quebranta or Acholado, 1/2 ounce of Carob, 1 egg yolk, 2 ounces of evaporated milk, 1 to 2 tablespoons of white sugar, 5 ice cubes, cinnamon powder (to taste), liquid chocolate or chocolate fudge (optional).

RECETA CHILCANO CON PISCO PERUANO

Ingredients: 8 ice cubes, 1 pisco acholado, 1 bottle of large Ginger ale and 3 lemons.
