Rodolfo Hernández will not make any alliance for the presidency

Marelen Castillo, Rodolfo Hernández's vice-presidential formula, referred to the political situation affecting the country. After defining most vice-presidential formulas by candidates, some political sectors begin to flirt with possible alliances, however, since Rodolfo Hernández's campaign, Castillo indicated that no any kind of partnership would be realized, meeting the expectations expressed by different leaders.

The educator explained in an interview with Blu Radio, the model of the campaign that they have carried out together with the former mayor of Bucaramanga, in addition to highlighting the handling given to the Colombians' request regarding their political exercise, stressing that the people believed in them and that their clamor demanded something different, Regarding this situation, the candidate for the vice-presidency was forceful and assured that they would unite directly with citizens in order to work for a better country, but that they would carry out this task alone without any political alliance.

In recent weeks, engineer Rodolfo Hernández pointed out that his campaign was digital, as this was apart from the development of technology, since many have mentioned that his absence from the public causes concern, however, Marelen Castillo pointed out that this was a different way of doing politics.

For the presidential aspirant's work team, the management of his activities demonstrates an innovative wave, stressing that all the members of the campaign are committed to change. In addition, Castillo assured that not being in a public square does not mean that they are not with the people, stressing that “those who had to govern and it's time to give up space for new rulers.”

Although between campaigns they have not shown any kind of rapprochement, Hernández's right-hand man highlighted the work of Luis Gilberto Murillo as vice-presidential formula of Sergio Fajardo, and Francia Márquez Mina formula by Gustavo Petro, noting that, together with her, they are part of the clamor of a region that demands state assistance, before a continued abandonment in different regions and territories. Likewise, he demonstrated his concern for the crisis facing the Colombian Pacific, since he assured that there is an urgent need for intervention to solve social and economic problems.

Upon learning firsthand about the education sector, the colleague of the former mayor of Bucaramanga, stated that the country was not ready for remote teaching, since students lost levels of reading comprehension and did not have such a major challenge, she said that, from the National Government, it is necessary to make an adjustment for the transformation in the country, since its development includes the solution of these needs that today affect all sectors.

The last major poll conducted by the firm YanHaas, placed Rodolfo Hernández in fourth position behind the blank vote, this, compared to the statistics for the month of March.

So far, Gustavo Petro leads the voting intention with 37%, followed by Federico Gutiérrez with 19%, the blank vote is third with 16%, then Rodolfo Hernández is with 11%, followed by Sergio Fajardo with 10%, then does not know does not respond has 5%, in the last places are: Ingrid Betancourt 2%, Enrique Gomez 0.3% and finally, Luis Perez Gutierrez 0.2%.

The presidential elections will take place on May 29, and will define who will occupy the Casa de Nariño in the period 202-2026, these votes are tied to the controversy over the recent legislative elections, which were questioned in the face of alleged electoral fraud, however, after different consensus this was ruled out.
