New wave of violence in Colima left three dead and two injured in 24 hours

Violence unleashed by internal groups of the Jalisco Nueva Generación Cartel (CJNG) in Colima continues to cause deaths, mainly in the conurbation of Colima capital and Villa de Álvarez.

The homicide of a man was reported in the early morning of Wednesday in Colonia Albarrada. Later, in the municipality of Villa de Álvarez, in the San Isidro neighborhood, a man, aged 25, was shot and wounded.

In that same region, on Julio García Street, near San Fernando Avenue, one of the busiest in the state capital, another subject was injured.
