The National Electoral Institute (INE), the body responsible for regulating electoral processes and citizen participation in Mexico, carried out a particular campaign that went viral on social networks in recent hours, through one of its official accounts and in order to motivate young people to process their identification, they used the help of the Korean group, BTS.

Through his TikTok account, the autonomous body responsible for ensuring democracy in Mexico, he published three videos with the cooperation of BTS trying to encourage the participation of young Mexicans.

The first video clip that went viral is called “Here practicing for my photo of the INE”, there you can see the seven members of the group Jin, Jimin, Jungkook, Suga, J-Hope, RM and V; coming out of an elevator and in front of a camera they perform different poses to be portrayed.

The successful music video of the organ directed by Lorenzo Córdova was joined by another two audiovisuals of just over 10 seconds under the name “Remember to practice signing for your INE” and “My friends and I arriving to collect our INE”, between the two shorts they already have just over 400 thousand views.

After the reach achieved by the three publications, the platform's Internet users were present and pointed out the ingenuity of the INE account managers, as they believe that this will bring many young people closer to processing their identification: “Increase the salary of the administrator of this account” and “This is how they want to vote”, they are some of the interactions recovered.

This is not the first time that the INE account has used this type of campaign to reach out to younger audiences and encourage their participation, on their account it is common to see TikToks from popular animated series such as Spider-Man, SpongeBob, Superman, Evangelion and many others. They also make videos of trends such as Champions League matches, Ibai Llanos, Luis Miguel, Marvel and several other topics.

This is the second time in a month that the group has made its Mexican Army's thrill, it is worth remembering that on March 12, BTS fans throughout Mexico gathered in several cinemas throughout the Mexican Republic, to enjoy the live broadcast of the concert of Permission to Dance On Stage.

This concert marked the return of the group formed by RM, Jin, Suga, J-Hope, Jimin, V and Jungkook to the stages of Seoul, South Korea, after the COVID-19 pandemic, which managed to get sold out in all Cinepolis theaters in Mexico and which was presented in several cinemas throughout the world.

On the other hand, some nations were able to appreciate the broadcast completely live on a par with Korea, but other countries witnessed it as a broadcast because of the time difference, such was the case in Mexico.

However, this did not stop the Armys from enjoying the performances of their favorite songs, as part of the extensive discography that the group under the Big Hit Music label has been counting since 2013, the year of their debut.

Baepsae, Still with you, Black Swan, Blue & Grey, Butter, Permission to Dance, Spring Day, Anpanman, Idol and Fake Love were some of the musical pieces that Mexican fans enjoyed and sang at the top of their lungs, and with which they experienced the return to the stage of their South Korean idols.
